Most people do not have any proper training to perform statistical analysis with Excel so they either write programs or consult experts or use pirated statistical software for their work. Most of the existing textbooks in Excel do not consider this aspect of data analysis. Because of the lack of proper literature related to this issue the use of statistical and enhanced graphical tools for analysis, display and comparison are restricted.
The main aim of the book is to explore the relatively virgin land of statistical analysis using Excel. The importance of the book is multi-dimensional. In one hand it is a helping guide to find the data analysis graphical technique appropriate to the type of data the reader is facing and on the other hand it provides information about how to use Excel, to which most people are familiar, for such analysis. The book will be of utility even to hard core statisticians.
