Besides mailing promotion material received from the publisher from time to time we produce brochures, stock lists etc. and these are extensively mailed to our customers.

All exclusive distribution publishers/titles are promoted through our specialised mailing system. The mailing is centralized at the Head Office, however branches have the freedom to do mailing to their specific customers in their respective areas.

One of our frequent promotion activity is to arrange Exihibitions,diplays at University Campuses, Research Institutions, Colleges, Coference and Seminar venues.

ACADEMIC COVERAGE - Our experienced and well trained field staff travels all over the country visiting Universities/Colleges/Research Institutes, Industries and all other professional bodies. They meet teachers, Scientists, Professionals and promote both publishers and their publications. This coverage gives us comprehensive market feedback and keeps us in constant touch with the end customer.

We have been actively involved in World Bank Funded project "IMPACT" through Dept. of Electronics, Govt of India, for last several years and continue to be associated with it in all its phases. Under this project books on Electronics & Computer Science Electronics & Computer science are supplied to Engineering college, Institutes of Technology and Polytechnics all over the country.

TRADE COVERAGE - Being wholesalers trade sales is our major activity, hence the trade coverage is both intensive and extensive. Our promotion activity keeps us well informed of customer requirements and market trends and accordingly we keep our service alert and efficient.

STOCKING & SERVICING - Our customer service department in respective branches is fully professionalised computerised and they keep their stock holdings update. Judicious inventory controls are maintained and ordering process to publishers is most systematic and synchronised. Backed by excellent procurement service the customers requirements are fulfilled in the shortest possible period.
All the Branch Managers have independent ordering freedom, of course in line with Company policy and laid guidelines. Our prime impetus is on customer service. Our entire operation is fully computerised and we are well connected by latest communication systems like fax, email, internet etc.

STOCK HOLDINGS - At any given time our cumulative stock holdings average at Rs. 6 Crores that is on a turn around basis of 3 months sales turnover.

TURNOVER - Our annual turnover exceeds Rs. 25 crores

JOURNALS - In 1992 we established Journals Subscription Division, Managed by highly experienced professionals. In a short span of operation we have made our name & place in this business segment. Our emphasis presently is on building a Sound & Satisfied customer profile. While we have made a modest but significant beginning a very satisfied subscribers list has been enlisted. We foresee a large and outstanding development of this division backed by most efficient and accurate service orientation.

PUBLISHING - We have been actively engaged in this function. A regular publisher of books under Indo-American Co-Publishing program, we have made a mark in quality publishing. Some academic works of indigenous authors also appear in our list.

We have launched an ambitious text book and advance level publishing program and in past years have reprinted/published some internationally accepted/adopted titles like HALLIDAY & RESNICK etc.
